Clear communication is essential for the dog to establish trust in the trainer; there can be no gray areas. All corrections are done indirectly so as not to create conflict between the handler and dog. Practices including harsh voice commands, and striking would be an example of direct and very personal corrections, these practices have no place at Professional Dog Training Services. Upon completion of training you will have a dog that is not only motivated, but compelled to do whatever it is you ask, regardless of outside stimulus. The core of my program stems from extensive training in the sport of Schutzhund.

There are three different phases to the sport consisting of protection, obedience, and tracking. If you are interested in learning more about Schutzhund please give me a call.
